Job Summary

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Intern to join our team at Breman Brasserie. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following standard recipes, and ensuring the highest quality of dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure that your assigned station is clean and tidy at all times, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Follow Standard Recipes: Prepare dishes according to our standard recipes, minimizing waste and ensuring that our food costs are in line with budget.
  • Prepare Dishes to Standard: Work in your assigned station to ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest standard, meeting our quality expectations.
  • Maintain Equipment and Utensils: Ensure that all working equipment and utensils are properly maintained to maximize their lifespan and operate to full capacity.
  • Receive and Inspect Daily Deliveries: Receive daily produce deliveries and inspect the quality of the produce, including weights and temperature.
  • Complete Quality Preparation: Complete all duties to a high standard, including cleaning, setting up, handing over, and closing the kitchen.
