Role Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team at OnePlus. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with key accounts, and developing effective promotional plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop market business and set up effective promotional plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build trust relationships with key accounts, field sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, with a focus on smartphones and accessories.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their targets.
- Assist in formulating the overall go-to-market strategy of the company.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast of sales and other key metrics to be presented internally and externally to key stakeholders.
- Follow up and analyze sell-through/sell-out data of different sales channels.
- Effectively carry out market research and demand collection.
- Monitor competitive activity and ensure that appropriate strategies are formulated and communicated.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years recent experience within the telecoms industry.
- Experience in consumer electronics or sales area management.
- Track record of cultivating good connections with upper management of partners.
- Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques.
- Experience with forecasting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with and convince others.
- Advanced MS Office user, mainly Power Point and Excel.
- Entrepreneurial, can-do attitude, being comfortable with changing environments as well as multiple overlapping projects.
