As a Revenue Operations and Collections Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our commercial and finance teams by streamlining operational and administrative processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate and efficient Order Confirmation creation, subscription maintenance, invoicing, and cash collection processes.
  • Acting as a liaison between the commercial and financial organizations to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve and automate processes, reducing manual work and increasing productivity.
  • Collaborating with a Sr. Support and Operations Specialist to develop required knowledge and deliver high-quality output.
