Key Responsibilities- Design and develop high-quality visual assets, including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their visual content needs and deliver designs that meet their objectives.
- Create website visuals, including hero banners, landing page designs, and newsletter images, to elevate our brand image.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and platforms by ensuring all visual content adheres to our brand guidelines.
- Organize and manage our digital asset library, ensuring all files are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Translate ideas into sketches, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Receive feedback from team members and make necessary adjustments to designs to meet project requirements.
You will join a team of international Marketeers who love to collaborate and exchange ideas. This means you will be supported and surrounded by a great team of knowledgeable people. You will have ownership of your designs and contribute to MobileXpense' bottom line. You will report directly to Lyubima, our Head of Marketing, and work closely with our Visual Designer, Ilani.
This position offers lots of opportunities to learn about brand guidelines, design systems, and general design practices. You will be challenged to bring new ideas to the table and assist with content creation, video shooting, and editing. All of this will make a great contribution to your skill development and design portfolio.
About You- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) also Figma or Canva would be a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices effectively.
- Attention to detail: Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative team environment and contribute ideas with an Excellent eye for detail and a powerful sense of aesthetics.
- Time management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
