Wat houdt de functie in?

In de rol van Garment Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de afwerking en pasvorm van onze collecties. Je werkt nauw samen met het ontwerpteam om technische richtlijnen voor onze nieuwste producten te ontwikkelen. Je houdt de marktontwikkelingen, pasvormen en silhouetten scherp in de gaten. Als expert op het gebied van kwaliteit en pasvorm beheer je producten van hoge kwaliteit, van het ontwerp tot de uiteindelijke levering. Je bent een positief en motiverend teamlid.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je biedt technisch advies aan ons ontwerp- en inkoopteam;
  • Je organiseert en beheert de planning van pasdagen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle pasmonsters voldoen aan de huidige standaarden;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technische aspect van proto- en pre-productie ontwikkeling, inclusief maatspecificaties en productinformatie;
  • Je evalueert en verbetert de pasvorm en kwaliteit van onze mannencollecties;
  • Je hebt een sterke passie voor pasvormverbetering;
  • Je voert aanpassingen uit op onze modellen;
  • Je draagt bij aan de verbetering van bestaande stijlen;
  • Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen technische ontwikkeling;
  • Een diploma in modetechnologie, kledingtechnologie of patroon tekenen;
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken met een hands-on mentaliteit;
  • Flexibel, nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht, met de capaciteit om onder druk te presteren;
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole standaarden;
  • Proactieve houding ten aanzien van procesverbeteringen binnen het technische design en pasvorm;
  • Teamspeler met een goed begrip van trends en marktontwikkelingen;
  • Kennis van 3D-ontwerp is een pré.
