About the Role

As Room Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our in-room dining service. You'll lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional experience. Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and commitment to quality will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, maintaining the highest level of service quality and guest satisfaction
  • Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to your team
  • Efficiently manage daily Room Service operations, including order processing, delivery, and billing
