As a key member of our Digital Workplace team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional AV experiences for our global user community. We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced AV professional to join our team and help us shape the future of collaboration at TomTom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and maintain best-in-class AV solutions for our meeting and collaboration spaces
  • Develop and maintain standards for AV solutions, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization
  • Work closely with our Product Manager and stakeholders to understand business requirements and user feedback
  • Manage AV integration vendors and ensure seamless project execution
  • Lead the knowledge growth of our Support units, enabling them to offload operational workload and focus on high-value tasks
  • Deploy and document additional services relevant to the meeting experience, such as Room Booking and Digital Signage
  • Handle 3rd line support for AV technologies and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Real Estate and Facilities teams on cross-functional projects
  • Work closely with our AV partners to bring the best solutions to TomTom, while pushing for product features and minimizing external support needs
  • Lead large TT broadcast events, such as global venues, in collaboration with Internal Comms, partners, and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent through work experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in IT engineering, with a focus on video conferencing and AV solutions
  • Strong understanding of AV within MS Teams and MTR
  • Familiarity with various AV platforms and solutions, as well as awareness of trends in the AV space
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel globally for TomTom offices and events
