We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Front Office Host to join our team at the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth stay for our visitors.

As a Front Office Host, you will be the face of our hotel, and your role will be to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will be responsible for checking in and out guests, handling payments, and providing information about our hotel and its services.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, friendly, and has excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to handle a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
  • Check in and out guests, handle payments, and provide information about our hotel and its services.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the Front Office.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist guests with their queries and provide information about our hotel and its services.
Requirements:
  • At least half a year of working or internship experience in the Front Office of a hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
