About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Go-To-Market Strategy Lead to join our team at Doctolib. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our care cooperation product, Doctolib Siilo, in the Dutch healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Dutch healthcare market, including market sizing, needs, competition, trends, and legislation.
  • Build a thorough understanding of healthcare professionals, including their needs, reimbursement schemes, and ways of working.
  • Identify key players and potential partners in the market.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and pricing analysis.
  • Build product vision and prioritize product roadmap.
  • Define and optimize user journey from Siilo user base to upsell on Doctolib Patient.
  • Drive business reviews with Doctolib's top management.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a startup or high growth tech business, with proven knowledge of the healthcare market.
  • Experience working as a strategic business developer and/or partnership manager.
  • Strong entrepreneurial and problem-solver mindset.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with bonus points for French.
  • Based in or near Amsterdam.
