About the Role:
Boston Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Industrial / Supply Chain Engineer to join our team in Kerkrade, Netherlands. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will play a critical role in the implementation of our ERP system from ECC to S4/HANA, driving process simplification, standardization, and modernization.
As an Industrial / Supply Chain Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our Coreteam Engineers to prepare and execute process changes in compliance with change management processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Coreteam Engineers in Engineering activities related to process changes.
- Reviewing current processes and proposing new processes based on the changes in the ERP system.
- Performing general engineering tasks, including updating standards, performing time studies, documenting processes, and creating and approving change requests.
- Demonstrating good working knowledge and application of PFMEA's, validation, and qualification requirements.
- Active engagement in go-live activities.
- Fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing with other key Magellan resources on site.
- Ensuring Safety and Quality, improving Service and reducing Cost.
- Actively engaging in delivering local training.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an engineer.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Energetic team player with result-driven mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Supply chain experience is an advantage.
- Experience in the field of medical devices is an advantage.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
