About the Role

Filling Pieces is a leading luxury fashion and footwear brand, established in 2009 by designer Guillaume Philibert. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead our online sales platform and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce management, digital marketing strategies, and a proven ability to drive online revenue. You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that aligns with our international growth objectives and enhances the customer shopping experience.

We are looking for someone who can lead the strategic and operational management of all online sales channels to drive growth, enhance customer experience, and increase profitability. You will work closely with our internal digital marketing team and external agencies to ensure optimal performance of the ecommerce platform, digital marketing efforts, and overall online conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive online revenue growth and improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV), ensuring that performance goals are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze sales data and website analytics to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team and external performance marketing agency to plan and execute omnichannel campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO) that support online sales growth and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure marketing strategies are effectively integrated across all online platforms for a consistent brand message and customer experience.
  • Oversee website functionality, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience (UX) that improves conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage customer data and insights to personalize the online shopping experience and target key customer segments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing ecommerce platforms, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving customer engagement.
  • Experience in leading and managing a direct report, including internal team members and external agencies.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (experience with Shopify is a must), website analytics, and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM).
  • Experience managing relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
