Maintenance Technician

About the Role:

STC Groep BV is a leading organization in the field of cataphoresis lacquers and powder coating of metal semi-finished products. As a maintenance technician, you will be part of their Technical Service department, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on pump installations and power installations, analyzing malfunctions and implementing solutions.
• Assist with maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes to enhance overall performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute maintenance schedules, ensuring proactive and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles and apply this knowledge to optimize production processes.
• Support colleagues in their roles, providing guidance and expertise as needed.

Requirements:

• MBO working and thinking level, preferably in electrical engineering.
• Experience in a production environment, with a strong understanding of pump and force installations.
• Knowledge of level controllers and electrical diagrams is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Experience with welding and fabrication techniques.
