HR Officer

For our European Textile team in Maastricht, we are seeking a motivated part-time HR Officer to provide crucial support to our Business HR Leader.

This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation.
• Training: Assist in organizing trainings for our associates.
• Employee Inquiries: Address employee queries related to HR policies or other HR topics in a timely and professional manner.
• HR Projects: Assist with various HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement, health & safety activities, and handling HR communication.
• Administrative Support: Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
