At Multi Engineering, we're seeking a highly skilled Marine Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. With a strong focus on naval vessel development, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and integrating complex marine systems.

About the Role:

  • Define and select marine system configurations and components for proposals;
  • Develop technical specifications based on customer and design needs;
  • Evaluate supplier quotations and ensure compliance with technical and quality standards;
  • Review and manage supplier documentation, such as drawings and schematics;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to optimize system integration;
  • Draft essential documents, including system descriptions and testing procedures;
  • Verify product performance through simulations and inspections;
  • Provide technical support during shipyard activities as needed;
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to design reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • You have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field;
  • You have at least 3 years' experience in marine systems, preferably in naval, offshore or commercial shipbuilding;
  • You have experience managing complex projects, including working with regulatory bodies, vendors, and subcontractors;
  • You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus;
  • You have EU citizenship.
