The position of Senior Integration Engineer Marine Systems is available due to ongoing projects and expansions in our organization. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and integrating complex marine systems into our naval vessels.

Your tasks will include defining system configurations, setting up technical specifications for suppliers, and ensuring compliance with customer and design requirements. You will also collect and review supplier documentation, implement improvements for integration, and verify the technical performance of products and systems.

Key accountabilities for this role include participating in proposal phases, setting up technical specifications, performing technical evaluations, ensuring compliance, collecting and reviewing supplier information, and implementing improvements.

To succeed as a Senior Integration Engineer Marine Systems, you should bring a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant technical field combined with at least three years of experience in marine systems, ideally in naval shipbuilding, offshore, or commercial shipbuilding sectors.

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience, skills, and qualifications. This figure may vary based on factors such as location, industry standards, and company policies.

Besides your salary, you can expect additional benefits including a 27-day holiday allowance, 13 ADV days, travel allowance, PME-pension arrangement with an employer contribution of 60%, profit sharing, working from home policy, and other benefits such as a bicycle plan and company fitness.
