Your Responsibilities

Architectural Design

  • Developing comprehensive blueprints, strategic roadmaps, and transition architectures.
  • Proficient in utilizing diagramming tools such as Lucidchart.
  • Expertise in Microservices, Service-Oriented Architecture, and Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Designing high-availability systems, services, and solutions.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation initiatives (1M+).
  • Engagement in Agile development methodologies, Just-In-Time Architecture, SCRUM, or other modern design practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of API-driven architectures.
  • Background in software development with hands-on experience.

Technical Expertise

  • Minimum of 3 years of programming experience in any language.
  • Strong understanding of UML (domain model, activity/state diagrams, sequence diagrams, use cases) and BPMN modeling.
  • Willingness to work with various programming languages, from low-code to high-code (e.g., VBA, XSLT, Mulesoft, .NET).
  • Experience in designing and understanding infrastructure and networks.
  • Capability in designing solutions with major cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

  • Adept at navigating complexity and uncertainty.
  • Experience collaborating with large vendors on projects.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong analytical skills combined with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrates determination, initiative, and proactive behavior.
  • Exhibits decisiveness and a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Possesses assertiveness and refined communication skills.
  • Capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Your Profile

  • At least 8 years of experience in the IT sector is essential.
  • Proven experience in Information Architecture for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Experience in the media industry is advantageous.
  • Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Your Team

As a key member of the Architecture team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, roadmap, and solutions for the Advertising domain and the broader enterprise landscape. Collaboration with other Domain Architects and Tech Leads will be essential to ensure seamless integration of your domain architecture with others. You will be responsible for establishing specific standards, principles, and best practices within the domain, taking ownership of defining and crafting the interactions among technological components (systems, sub-systems, and components) of the solution architecture. This includes ensuring agility, reliability, scalability, and harmonious interactions with other domains. Additionally, you will formulate and safeguard the Domain Blueprint.
