Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Functional Lead to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as the IT Functional Lead for Project Management. As a key member of our global IT organization, you will be responsible for providing the required functionality for Project Management within our enterprise applications, ensuring that users can use the system as intended by the business process owners.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement functional processes for Project Management in our global applications, collaborating with business process owners to ensure seamless integration and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with global and regional IT Business Analysts, Functional Leads, and supply delivery teams to define comprehensive solutions for end-to-end processes, ensuring compliance with information security management systems and privacy regulations.
  • Develop high-quality designs, deliver functionality on time, and conduct thorough testing to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability.
  • Work closely with the information security team to ensure that business processes are compliant with information security management systems and privacy regulations.

Requirements
  • A background in information technology, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in an international project-based company that also operates heavy assets and/or related operations.
  • Strong affinity with business applications and process-driven approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in ERP implementations and Change Management is a prerequisite.
  • Ability to understand high-level software and systems.
