Role Overview

We are in search of a proactive and skilled Finance Business Partner to work closely with our business units, known as superclusters. This position encompasses a blend of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and strategic partnership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports for superclusters.
  • Participate in supercluster meetings as a finance representative, contributing to management discussions.
  • Act as a financial consultant to supercluster teams, influencing commercial decisions and performance improvements.
  • Conduct monthly cost base reviews, analyzing variances to forecast future profit and loss impacts.
  • Facilitate business planning processes through financial analysis and stakeholder discussions.
  • Update financial forecasts and generate relevant reports using Adaptive.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline; professional qualifications or equivalent experience (5+ years) are advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting financial data and solving complex problems.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on future-oriented solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes and the ability to implement value-adding changes.
  • Highly motivated with a strong initiative and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions to achieve objectives as a Commercial Business Partner.
  • Experience in project execution and change management initiatives.
  • Good understanding of industry trends and commercial awareness.
  • Proficient in financial systems and adaptable to new technologies.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
