Job Summary:

Connect44 is seeking a highly skilled Site Acquisition and Negotiation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring sites that meet our strategic objectives and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Site Acquisition: Identify and evaluate potential sites to ensure they align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Negotiation and Lease Administration: Lead high-level negotiations with property owners, landlords, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions for existing and new lease agreements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, local authorities, real estate agents, and other relevant parties, to facilitate smooth and efficient acquisition processes.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire site acquisition process from initial contact through to final agreement(s), permitting, and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to site acquisitions, negotiations, and project status, and present findings to both internal management and external partners.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as legal, finance, and project management, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with site acquisitions and negotiate risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
