Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as a key member of our construction team.
Key Responsibilities- Site Administration: Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes, and procedures for all site operations assigned.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the completion of site administration according to performance standards agreed, ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-friendly results.
- Representation: Represent the site in all decision-making committees of the project, effectively communicating with management, customers, and team members.
- Contractor Coordination: Coordinate contractors before and during the execution of work, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Risk Assessment: Assess risks and opportunities at the construction site, identifying potential economic, organizational, or contractual risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance to standards, regulations, laws, quality, and EHS guidelines, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Team Leadership: Lead qualified employees in a functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Education and Experience: MBO/HBO qualification in electrical engineering or a vocational education in electrical engineering with extensive experience (5 years or more).
- Professional Experience: A convincing record of professional experience with electrical equipment, with a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ideally, you have already gained some intercultural experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language Skills: Business-fluent language skills in English (Dutch language would be great).
- Travel Requirements: You are willing to work on projects abroad for extended periods (3 weeks on site, 1 week home).
- Driver's License and Passport: Possess a valid driver's license and EU passport.
