Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our site activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance with established protocols and guidelines while managing site administration effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with defined operational guidelines and procedures for all site activities.
  • Supervise the completion of site administration in accordance with agreed performance standards, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
  • Act as the site representative in all project decision-making committees, liaising with management, clients, and team members.
  • Coordinate contractor activities before and during project execution.
  • Evaluate risks and opportunities at the construction site, including economic, organizational, and contractual aspects.
  • Monitor adherence to standards, regulations, laws, and quality and EHS guidelines.
  • Lead a team of qualified professionals in a functional capacity.
Qualifications
  • Possess an MBO/HBO qualification in electrical engineering or a relevant technical field, or extensive vocational experience in electrical engineering (5+ years).
  • Demonstrated professional experience with electrical systems and equipment.
  • Experience in intercultural environments is preferred.
  • Willingness to engage in international projects, typically involving 3 weeks on-site followed by 1 week off.
  • Fluent in English, with Dutch language skills being an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and EU passport are required.
