Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

Zoho Corporation B.V. is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth execution of HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
  • HR Operations and Administration: Maintain and manage HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, and handle employment contract preparation, employee records, and payroll processing.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, address concerns and issues, and escalate them when necessary to the HR Manager.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and respective country employment laws and regulations, and support internal audits and compliance-related activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in Europe (EU and UK), proficiency in HRIS and other HR software systems, excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
