About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Stayokay Vondelpark and Stadsdoelen. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our 126 rooms and general areas, totaling 564 beds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the facility team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Brainstorm and implement creative solutions to improve procedures and workflows.
- Motivate and support a small team of housekeeping staff during busy periods.

Requirements:

- Several years of relevant experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Ability to multitask and lead a team effectively.
- Vibrant ideas and a drive to innovate and improve processes.
- An open-mind and commitment to sustainability.
