As a Global Automation Lead, you will collaborate with our global team to advance our Dosing Equipment into the future, leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies and digital engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect our equipment through the Cloud and various communication protocols.
- Maintain production installations and propose and execute improvement projects.
- Keep all software databases current and compliant with the latest standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial automation, with at least 2 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Strong affinity with digital engineering, Industry 4.0, communication protocols, and IoT.
- Experience with automation systems such as SCADA and Siemens TIA Portal, and leveraging Cloud integrations (we use Azure) in an embedded environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
