Job Description

As an Enterprise Data Advisor at ABN AMRO Bank, you will play a pivotal role in the Data Distribution Grid, focusing on 'Data Lineage'. Data Lineage is a Data Distribution capability that enables the capturing, management, and visualization of data origins, movement, characteristics, and transformations across various systems, processes, and people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align with Business Stakeholders to advise on Data Lineage value and understand their needs.
  • Identify potential improvements and gaps in existing products and processes by bringing an outside-in view on Data Lineage.
  • Translate strategic vision to functional implementation of products and processes.
  • Contribute to drafting and maintenance of guidelines, data standards, and policy frameworks on Data Distribution with a focus on Data Lineage.
  • Create awareness and involvement within the organization by developing learning materials, publications, and information meetings.
  • Take care of priority, cooperation, knowledge sharing, and process building in the Data Distribution area of Data Lineage.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or similar.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Data Lineage (GDPR, BCBS239), Data Security, Data Governance, Consulting, stakeholder management, and communication.
  • Understanding and bridging the world of Business and IT.
  • Fluent in English (understanding of Dutch is appreciated).
