Job Title: Technical Trainer

As a Technical Trainer at Vestiging Venray Standaard, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs for our international customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical training to operators and technicians worldwide, ensuring they have the necessary skills to work with our customized shrink-sleeve machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.
  • Conduct training sessions, both internally and externally, at customer sites.
  • Assist in the development of new training methods and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the technical department to ensure training programs align with product updates and new technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Several years of experience in engineering, preferably in a training or instructional role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Polish) a plus.
  • Ability to travel internationally, Monday to Friday, for extended periods.
  • Living within a 50 km radius of Deurne.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary between €4,100 and €5,000 gross per month.
  • 8% holiday pay.
