At Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam, we're seeking a skilled and passionate Night Chef to join our esteemed kitchen brigade. As a Night Chef, you'll be responsible for leading the night kitchen operations, preparing late-night menus, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Night Kitchen: Oversee kitchen operations during the night shift, ensuring all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare Late-Night Menus: Craft and execute late-night menu offerings for in-room dining and our exclusive bar.
- Maintain High Standards: Uphold hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the day team to ensure a smooth transition between shifts and maintain consistency in culinary offerings.
- Prepare the Mise en Place for the Breakfast Shift.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Scale 6 of Horeca cao (€2.543 - €3.100)
- Night Allowance: 25% night allowance
