About the Role

SodaStream is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join its Sparkling team in the Netherlands. As a key member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's financial processes and reporting, ensuring compliance with fiscal and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and management reporting, aligning with HQ deadlines.
  • Monitor performance and profitability against targets, supporting fiscal reporting, compliance, and inventory management.
  • Prepare and manage budgeting and forecasting processes in line with group schedules.
  • Implement SOX controls and develop procedures for efficient business management, ensuring reliable information for decision-making.
  • Support Pepsi Co's Global Control Standard (GCS) goals by performing process and operating controls, adapting to business changes and mitigating risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a matching field, with CPA being an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar international environment.
  • Strong experience with Dutch GAAP.
  • Experience with developing/enhancing systems, with Oracle being a plus, and MS Office being required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Calm under pressure and thriving in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment.
  • Excellent English language skills, with Dutch being a plus.
