Employee Relations Officer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Employee Relations Officer to join our HR team in Breda. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between our external employees and the company, including conflict resolution and employee grievances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focusing on managing the relationship between our external employees and the company, including conflict resolution and employee grievances.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for our external employees, addressing their enquiries and concerns.
- Providing assistance and support to external employees, including in their onboarding and offboarding.
- Providing policy and procedure guidelines to our external employees.
- Helping with organisational development and supporting management in solving organisational, people- and change-related issues.
- Maintaining a talent pipeline by developing strong relationships with our external employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject
- At least 1 year of experience (preferably worked directly with people)
- Knowledge of Dutch Labour Law is a plus
- Enjoy working with people on a daily basis
- Ability to manage several projects/priorities at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and resourceful problem-solver, who is able to think out of the box
- Patient, active listener, with a hands-on mindset
- Able to read the needs of the staff and the different situations
- Strong organisational skills, attention to details, and able to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Fluency in another EU language preferred.
