Technical Operations Manager in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology within the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine.
We are seeking a highly qualified individual with a Ph.D. in Biomedical or Health Sciences, or a related field, who has accumulated a minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of contemporary research methodologies, along with proven expertise in protocol formulation and project oversight.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong leadership capabilities and effective laboratory management skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
- Adept at working independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing laboratory operations and providing technical guidance to junior staff.
- Implementing standard operating procedures and contributing to scientific publications.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
