About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dutch-speaking Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to advertisers on social media marketing, analyzing ad performance, and developing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing Advisor: Provide expert guidance to advertisers on social media marketing strategies.
  • Guidance & Support: Offer detailed information on social media business strategies to help advertisers achieve their goals.
  • Analytics Review: Evaluate social media ad performance to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Customer Communication: Engage in calls with advertisers to discuss ad strategies and budgets, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Sales Strategy: Convert client goals into successful sales funnel tactics, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify trends and potential issues early to craft impactful ad campaigns that meet client needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics such as call times, strategy execution, attendance, and success rates to measure performance and improve outcomes.
Requirements
  • Native Dutch Speaker: Fluency in Dutch is essential for this role.
  • C1 Level English Proficiency: Strong English language skills are required for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • At Least 1 Year of Experience in Sales or Marketing: Proven experience in sales or marketing is necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Strong Leadership, Analytical, and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills are required to drive business growth and success.
