Logistiek Testbeheerder

Ben jij een expert op het gebied van testmanagement (WMS, TMS en EDI) en houd je van het bewaken en borgen van kwaliteit? Dan zijn we bij GXO Logistics, Inc. op zoek naar jou als Logistiek Testbeheerder.

Dit is binnen onze regio een nieuwe rol waarbij er dus nog veel ruimte is voor eigen inbreng (dit wordt ook absoluut gewaardeerd).

Als Logistiek Testbeheerder ben je bezig met het continu verbeteren van de test lifecycles binnen onze projecten en running business. Daarnaast ben je, met een focus op kwaliteit, bezig met het opzetten en volwassen maken van testmogelijkheden binnen de IT-organisatie van GXO Logistics, Inc. in nauwe samenwerking met implementatie-teams.

Gedurende het hele projectportfolio overzie en beheer je de testinspanningen in de verschillende fasen van de projecten.

Je werkt in de IT-afdeling België & Nederland (BeNe) en rapporteert aan de Manager IT - Implementaties. Voor deze functie ben je het grootste deel van je tijd werkzaam op de verschillende GXO locaties in Nederland en België.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Logistiek Testbeheerder:

  • Opzetten en verankeren van testmogelijkheden (inclusief testbenaderingen, teststandaarden, testplannen, testcycli, testgevallen, testgegevenssjablonen,...)
  • Opstarten, begeleiden, volgen en rapporteren van het testproces in de verschillende projecten.
  • Ondwerpen, documenteren en ontwikkelen van herbruikbare (geautomatiseerde) testbenaderingen en -oplossingen op basis van ervaringen en best practices.
  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van dashboards die de voortgang en resultaten van testen laten zien.
  • Zorgen voor adequate (test)kennisoverdracht naar relevante entiteiten.
  • Evaluatie van testtools, kostenraming, haalbaarheidsmeting voor testdoeleinden.

Wat je nodig hebt om te slagen bij GXO Logistics, Inc.

  • Je hebt minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt ervaring met WMS systemen en logistieke magazijnprocessen, bij voorkeur in een 3PL omgeving.
  • Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar ervaring met het managen van test lifecycles in grotere projecten.
  • Je hebt uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge kennis van de Engelse taal. Kennis van de Franse en Nederlandse taal is een pre.
  • Je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht.
  • Je stimuleert hoge prestaties in het team.
