Job Overview
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in product development, supply chain management, or operations in high-tech environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the complexities involved in delivering cutting-edge technology and be able to navigate cross-functional teams effectively.

The successful candidate will lead the system delivery team in optimizing productivity, minimizing waste, and ensuring seamless integration with key suppliers. This involves defining and implementing capability build-up plans for factories and supply chains, removing roadblocks to system deliveries, and setting targets for system cost reduction.

In addition to technical expertise, the role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, including effective communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and adaptability are also essential in this dynamic environment.

A Master's degree in industrial engineering or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in high-tech industries, is highly desirable. Proficiency in English and Dutch language skills are required, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of end-to-end value chain from supplier to customer site
  • Defining multi-year roadmap and yearly targets
  • Synchronization of targets with sectors and product teams
  • Driving sector ownership to execute upon targets
