About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager to support our Chief Strategy and Partnerships Officer in developing a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the CyberPeace Institute.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fundraising
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential donors, ensuring regular communication and reporting
  • Present the organization's mission to transform complex issues into relatable human stories
  • Conduct research and track funding sources to inform fundraising strategies
  • Draft and submit grant applications and proposals
  • Monitor and analyze fundraising data to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintain accurate donor records and support the internal donor management system
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices to inform project strategies and decisions
Communication and Reporting
  • Assist in implementing fundraising communication and marketing strategies
  • Create high-quality promotional materials and engaging content across various platforms
  • Produce well-written reports, project documentation, and presentations tailored to different audiences
Project Management
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables
Additional Information
  • This is a full-time position at 32 hours per week (Mondays to Thursdays)
  • The role may require occasional travel (less than 20%) to attend meetings, conferences, or site visits
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is an asset
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
