Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Floor Production Specialist to join our team in the carpet industry. As a key member of our production process, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our factory floor.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of €45,000 per annum, paid weekly every Wednesday. Additionally, we offer accommodation according to SNF standards, free transport to work or kilometre allowance, health insurance, and care of the coordinator.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include setting up spools of fibre on machines, monitoring the production process, trimming errant piles, using a pile gun to fill in overlooked bare areas, packing ready products, and providing correct labels. You will also be responsible for stacking goods on pallets.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • You must be available for a 3-shift system.
  • Previous experience as a production or warehouse worker is essential.
  • You should be physically healthy and fit.
  • A valid driving licence B is required.
  • Bilingual communication skills (NL/ENG) are necessary.
