Position Overview

As the Lead Software Engineer specializing in Java within our organization, you will play a pivotal role in guiding your team through the various stages of product development.

  • Contribute significantly to all aspects of the product lifecycle.
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings for your team and act as a mentor. In your leadership role, you will address architectural inquiries from fellow developers, provide assistance as necessary, and establish clear boundaries for project scope;
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in software development technologies;
  • Offer field support as needed;
  • Pursue continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field;
  • Proficiency in System Architecture, Java Technologies (Java 8+, Java Messaging Service), and Software Testing;
  • Familiarity with clean coding practices, design patterns, cloud computing (preferably AWS), basic SQL databases, RCP, SWT, Eclipse IDE, Eclipse RCP, Maven, ORM (object-relational mapping), OOP (object-oriented programming), Git, and web technologies (such as REST);
  • Experience in software development using agile methodologies;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
