About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their parking experience is seamless and hassle-free.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and empathetic support to customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Offer personalized solutions to customers, taking into account their preferences and our services.
  • Collaborate with our parking partners to resolve customer issues and improve overall experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our services and processes.
  • Work closely with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Fluent spoken and written language skills in English and at least one other language we support (Dutch, French, German, Italian, or Spanish).
  • Experience in international customer service is an advantage.
  • Flexible working attitude and ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
