Job Description

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Data and Space Analyst to join our Corporate Real Estate team in the Netherlands. As a Data and Space Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, construction, and maintenance of high-quality real estate and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data related to housing and workplace experience metrics, including occupancy rates, utilization rates, and employee satisfaction scores.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to uncover trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to support the development of strategic plans for the housing and workplace experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and workplace experience management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, hospitality management, facility management, or a related field.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in housing space management, scenario, and demand management.
  • Relevant experience in working with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to build trust and understanding.
  • Proactive, data-oriented, organized mindset, and result-driven.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as creativity, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
