Job Title: Product AnalystWe're seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to join our Product department in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in enabling data-informed decision-making and leading product analytics efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front-end data lifecycle, from defining event names and behavior to using product analytics tools to analyze data.
- Conduct comprehensive quantitative analyses of customer behavior to guide product strategy and decision-making.
- Lead validation analysis (A/B experiments, quasi-experiments, time-series, and qualitative) in collaboration with product managers to validate product impact.
- Empower the product team to explore and use data themselves through data democratization efforts.
- Support product leadership in making informed decisions by providing ad-hoc analysis and reports on product metrics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
- Extensive A/B Testing experience.
- Experience in data visualization using tools like Amplitude, Looker, or similar.
- Experience conducting correlation and regression analyses.
- Experience in employing statistical analysis and doing experiments in a B2B context.
- Proficient in generating insights from data and explaining them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience interacting with diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Fluency in English - written and spoken.
- Currently based in Amsterdam.
