Product Analyst

At myTomorrows, we're revolutionizing access to medical treatments, and we're looking for a talented Product Analyst to help us achieve our mission. As a Product Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into actionable insights, and driving the product team towards delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write product requirements, non-functional requirements, and user stories that meet the needs of our platform users.
- Collaborate with our product managers to analyze, monitor, and understand the needs and problems of our platform users.
- Ensure alignment between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility of valuable solutions for our platform.
- Employ Agile methodologies to lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, ensuring that product development stays on track and meets stakeholder expectations.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA to track product requirements, user stories, and development progress, maintaining transparency and efficiency within the product team.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of experience as a Business or Product Analyst.
- Strong analytical skills to identify business problems, evaluate options, and make recommendations based on data and collected information.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey ideas, facilitate discussions, and negotiate/build relationships with stakeholders, engineering teams, and Product Managers.
- Exceptional skills in creating clear and concise product requirements, non-functional requirements, and user stories.
- Technical proficiency to be a valuable partner for our engineering teams.
- Effective problem-solving, to identify and address challenges and issues that arise.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure that requirements and documentation are accurate and complete.
- Ability to think strategically about product opportunities and challenges, and to support in prioritization of initiatives accordingly.
- Excellent English communication skills.

About Us:
myTomorrows is a platform that helps patients and physicians discover and access treatments in development. We conduct a comprehensive search of databases worldwide and then provide patients and physicians with a personalized Treatment Search Report listing possible treatment options, such as clinical trials and expanded access programs. When patients and physicians decide to pursue one of these options, we may be able to facilitate access for them. We have helped more than 10,000 patients and 1,000 physicians in over 80 countries and are on a rapid growth trajectory.
