About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to work with colleagues in Schroders' sustainability and client-focused teams. The internship will focus on identifying, assessing, and engaging with opportunities for transition in sustainability performance across key areas such as climate, nature, and human rights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing our framework for identifying opportunities in transition and defining measurable outcomes.
  • Support the development of key measures of transition and sustainability performance.
  • Collaborate on sector-specific measures of change and improvement.
  • Research and analyse how improvements affect investment returns.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in finance, economics, environmental studies, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in sustainability and financial performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
