About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MBA Recruitment & Admissions Manager to join our team at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent to our full-time MBA degree programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the RSM MBA portfolio and the higher education industry
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and current students, as well as alumni
- Act as a trusted counsellor for prospective students, providing information and guidance to help them make informed decisions about their education
- Assist in the development of annual recruitment and admissions plans to attract a diverse pool of students to RSM's full-time MBA degree programmes
- Manage and execute all activities related to recruiting and admissions for the full-time MBA programme
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum five years of work experience, preferably in a sales, business development, or recruitment position
- Strong advisory skills, customer orientation, and ability to perform in a high-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to work outside normal business hours and travel extensively
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to connect and build relationships of trust with professionals of different cultures and backgrounds
What We Offer
- A competitive salary between 4,354 - 4,760 gross per month on a full-time basis
- 25 holidays and 12 ADV days
