MBA Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MBA Recruitment & Admissions Manager to join our team at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing annual recruitment and admissions plans to attract a diverse pool of top talent to our full-time MBA degree programs. This role requires a strong understanding of the higher education industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the RSM MBA portfolio and the higher education industry
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and current students, as well as alumni
- Act as a trusted counselor for prospective students, providing information and guidance to support their decision-making process
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and admissions strategies to meet enrollment targets and goals
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues and program managers to promote the RSM MBA program
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum five years of work experience in sales, business development, or recruitment, with at least two years of experience in senior stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to connect and build relationships with professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Hands-on, flexible, and adaptive attitude
- Experience in the higher education field is a plus
- A competitive salary between 4,354 - 4,760 gross per month (excl. holiday allowance)
- 25 holidays and 12 ADV days
- Annual 8% holiday allowance
