Senior Clinical Data Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Data Manager to join our team at Genmab. As a key member of our Clinical Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality management of clinical data across multiple trials.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of clinical data management strategies and plans
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of clinical databases and data collection systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Genmab SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity
- Develop and implement data validation plans and strategies
- Provide training and support to trial teams on data management best practices
- Lead the creation of data review and cleaning plans and develop data cleaning strategies
- Ensure data quality checks are performed and take action to ensure data quality
- Drive data management oversight of data releases and ensure timely delivery of data deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in science or related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in clinical data management, with significant hands-on experience in clinical trials
- Experience with CDISC (SDTM) and data collection requirements in oncology trials preferred
- Project management experience and strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- You are passionate about delivering high-quality results and ensuring data integrity
- You have a strong understanding of clinical data management principles and practices
- You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- You are able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
