Senior Strategic Clinical Evidence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Clinical Evidence Manager to join our Global Clinical Research Department at Danone. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic evidence generation programs and post-launch studies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with medical teams, global category teams, data sciences teams, clinical operations, and digital health teams to drive evidence generation initiatives globally.
- Utilize clinical study expertise to translate business needs into effective study designs and ensure post-launch studies are strategically aligned with business priorities.
- Liaise regularly with Country Business Units to ensure timely status and results reporting of clinical studies.
- Provide expert advice on content, methodology, documentation, and tools, and present recommendations to senior leadership for clinical study approval based on business value and risk assessment.
- Stay up-to-date with clinical practice guidelines, study designs, real-world research trends, and regulatory expectations.
- Contribute to the development of evidence generation capabilities in global and local teams, creating training materials, guidance documents, e-learning resources, and more.
We are looking for a highly qualified individual with a Master's or PhD degree in Life Sciences and 7-8 years of relevant experience in clinical studies (methodology and/or operations) and a commercial (food) environment.
Key qualifications include:
- Business acumen and understanding of the nutrition field and science behind nutritional products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Strong project leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience in a medical affairs role is a plus.
- A proactive, can-do attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
