Job Description

TenneT is a leading energy company driving the transition to a sustainable future. We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Maintenance Operations Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute safe maintenance operations on cable systems and platforms, ensuring compliance with legislations and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including work preparation, material management, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, focusing on preventive and corrective measures to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.
  • Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to maintenance activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical supervision or maintenance management, preferably in the offshore industry.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams, promoting a culture of safety, and implementing effective maintenance strategies.
  • Strong understanding of offshore electrical safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with a strong focus on written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with SAP and other relevant software applications, including data analysis and reporting tools.
Estimated Salary: €65,000 - €85,000 per annum
