As a Digital Analytics Intern at adidas, you will play a crucial role in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business growth. Our Digital Analytics team is responsible for delivering cutting-edge analytics services to internal stakeholders, enabling them to make fact-based decisions. We manage the generation of insights that help adidas understand consumer behavior and performance-related analytics to ultimately drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Analytics team in enhancing the backend structure of our performance dashboards.
  • Proactively seek new reporting opportunities to provide our teams with additional performance insights.
  • Collaborate with the various Partner and Wholesale teams to capture reporting requirements and support the Analytics team in implementing these.

Requirements:

  • Student of Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in combination with a strategic way of thinking.
  • First experiences in project management beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on working style to get things done, ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
  • Agile, open-minded team player with a passion for sports and lifestyle.
  • Eagerness to continuously improve oneself and to further develop own skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Affinity to digital tools.
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python and PowerBI.

Eligibility:

  • Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship.
  • Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate).
  • Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2025 – September 2025.
  • Local to Amsterdam/Ability to relocate to Amsterdam for the full duration of the internship.
