About the Role

Nexperia is a global high-tech semiconductor company seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join its team. As a key player in the industry, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where you can develop your skills and expertise.

In this role, you will be responsible for all local HR matters for our Netherlands organization, connecting global HR guidelines with local legislation and serving as the HR link between local management, employees, and the international HRBP organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and advise local managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Lead the efficient deployment of Nexperia (Local) HR programs and policies.
  • Collaborate with HR CoE's and local experts to deliver the HR agenda effectively.
  • Execute several operative HR tasks, including implementation of disciplinary measures, data entry, process documentation, and performance rounds.
  • Act as an interface between the Global HRBP and the local country HR team.

Requirements

  • A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Human Resources field, preferably international.
  • Experience with working in a matrix organization.
  • Knowledge of local (Dutch) labor law and HR practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships based on trust and knowledge.
  • Clear business mindset with a strong people orientation.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
