About the Role
Nexperia is a fast-growing international high-tech semiconductor company with a global presence. As a HR Generalist, you will be part of the country HR department, connecting global HR guidelines with local legislation. You will be responsible for all local HR matters for our Netherland organization, working closely with local management, employees, and the international HRBP organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and advise local managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Lead the efficient deployment of Nexperia (Local) HR programs and policies.
- Lead and support several HR projects within the Netherland organization.
- Collaborate with HR CoE's (Center of Excellence) and local experts to deliver the HR agenda effectively.
- Execute several operative HR tasks, such as implementation of disciplinary measures, data entry SAP/Workday, process documentation, implementation of promotions, and prepare performance rounds.
- Act as an interface between the Global HRBP and the local country HR team.
- Directly report to the Country HR Director.
Requirements
- A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource Management.
- 3+ years of experience in the Human Resources field, preferably international.
- Experience with working in a matrix organization.
- Knowledge of local (Dutch) labor law and HR practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships based on trust and knowledge.
- Clear business mindset but with strong people orientation.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
