Eligibility Criteria
  • Possession of an MLO / Associate or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
  • Proactive, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively, adaptable, and well-organized
  • Experience with GMP / GLP is preferred

Role Responsibilities
As part of the One JSC Lab laboratories within the RandStad framework, the Separation laboratory is tasked with Release and Stability testing of drug substances and products. In your role as a Laboratory Technician, you will:

  • Receive training and gain an understanding of fundamental testing and laboratory practices as part of your initial learning experience.
  • Support laboratory operations by performing tasks such as equipment maintenance, calibration, sample and reagent preparation, and document management.
  • Generate and analyze results data, collaborating with peers and supervisors to ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to testing schedules and laboratory priorities, maintaining a strong record of first-time testing accuracy.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products manufactured at the facility and understand the quality control methods relevant to product quality.

Laboratory Techniques
The Separation Laboratory employs various techniques, including (c)IEF, (c)SDS, HPLC/GC, and MS, while strictly adhering to GMP / GLP guidelines.
